·         First connect the computer to router2 using an Ethernet cable on the yellow port of the router.

·        When it is connected then open web browser & type in url “192.168.0.1” & enter.

·        Then, it will ask to login with username & password & enter with default username & password & it is “admin”

·        When we login SSID panel will be opened then change Tenda to Tenda 1 to identify it as router.

IMPORTANT: Be sure of which channel of the router is running. It is necessary both routers needs to be using the same channel.

·         On the left side of the menu press on WLAN settings.

·        Then on the sub categories click on WDS settings.

·        Then, select Lazy mode from the drop down menu & press Apply.

·   After that configure the router which is currently connected to modem, and then connect the computer to router using yellow port. Again open up a browser then type in the url “192.168.0.1” & login with same username & password as given above.

·        Then select WLAN settings & WDS settings & click on repeater from the menu.

·        Then click on open scan & select Tenda1 router & press OK. The router will take some time to reboot & once it finishes rebooting then it will display MAC address from the second router.
